It may cause weight gain/loss depending on how your organism reacts to this antidepressant.
Metabolic
Very common (10% or more): Weight loss greater than 2.3 kg (up to 28%), weight gain greater than 2.3 kg (up to 11%)
Common (1% to 10%): Anorexia, decreased appetite, increased appetite, thirst/thirst disturbance

Your chance of weight loss is greater than weight gain but, as masso said, everyone's metabolism responds differently to this medication.
