I started using Bupropion last summer. After that, I was taking 150MG every day for a year. It became a depression again this summer. I immediately contacted the doctor and increased it by 300MG. After more than a month, my symptoms don't improve. Will this drug stop working in just one year?
In that case, what should I use next?
I can't take SSRI SNRI medicine because it has strong side effects.
Does bupropion stop working 1year ?

Hi, akemi!
Antidepressants can "poop out" but usually only after years of use. You may need to give this dose a little more time as it can take 4-8 weeks to become fully effective. The maximum dosage is 450mg/day for depression so you do have some wiggle room for another increase if needed. If time doesn't help the problem there are other atypical antidepressants available such as Viibryd and Trintellix.
You should talk with your doctor again about your lack of progress and get their professional advice.
Best regards and I hope all is good quickly.
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I thought it would be okay after this summer, so I was even more depressed. I never imagined that the medicines I could finally find wouldn't be work so quickly. After I read your comment I'm starting to see some hope again, so I'll do my best.
