My husband may have taken a trazadone the other morning and first he got really really tired just all of a sudden, the deathly sick and then passed out.
What happens to your body when you accidentally take trazadone in the morning. 110 mg?

He took this on an empty stomache so maybe that's why he got sick

I did that one day. I was wondering why I was so tired all of a sudden. Then I checked my pills and laughed! So I told my husband I had to lie down because I couldn't stay awake. I slept for a few hours and got up again. Nothing like a cat nap in the morning! No harm done.
You notice the side effects when you're up and awake and take it. That's the major thing. The sleepiness is probably the most noticeable.
