Hi, Masso is right (as always : )), can you take the Bisoprolol earlier in the day? Obviously you need to take it as & when you need it, but try to resist taking it in the evening if possible? Unfortunately all beta-blockers carry this potential side effect. If your sleeping pattern still doesn't improve, please discuss this with your doctor.
hi Masso what if I took it at night
Thank you Delila, you are a star!
If it produces insomnia , take it during the day (mrnings) as Delila says and I agree with her discuss it with your DR. first.
Typo I meant to say mornings!lol
I take it about 10 in the morning, I'm literally still awake at 5 am then I sleep till nine I'm exhausted. Do you think it's worth me taking the zopiclone!
I suggest you discuss the posibility with your DR.
Take care,
Thanks so much will phone him tomorrow, you've both been so helpful
