I have bipolar depression and ADD (not ADHD) I’m on 50mg Mydayis, 150mg bupropion 10mg Ambien for insomnia, bupropion wasn’t working so my doc increased it to 150mg extended release and I feel a lot better. Does anyone have a similar situation and dealt with amphetamines and bipolar meds?

I also have bipolar depression and ADD and I take 60 mg Ritalin and 20mg Ambien for insomnia and 225 of Effexor for depression. I only have manias every few years and take lithium then. The Effexor is causing nightmares so I'm not really happy with it I'm interested that the bupropion helps your depression because that's one thing I've never tried. In truth the thing that helps my depression the most is the Ritalin .
