First off you must take it as prescribed by your Dr.. It is important to take it everyday at the same time so you have an effective amount of the medication in your system at all times.
Although some people may take it in the mornings, it is important to take it in the evening (unless your Dr. has prescribed otherwise), due to that you will need frequent blood tests, INR (International Normalized Ratio) which measures the time it takes for the blood to clot and so that will give your Dr. time to adjust the dose if needed in the same day.
