For nerve inflammation, you need an anti inflammatory such as Motrin or Aleve.
I would think not, Azith is an antibiotic, it would do nothing for nerve pain.
See your doctor for Neurontin or Lyrica, both help with nerve pain. Ibuprofen may help for inflammation, though, so give that a try until you can see your doctor.
