Nystatin cream is the only thing that has cleared it in the distant past. I am concerned about the nature of nystatin on the contact point of my interior thigh where it meets my scrotum. I have been seeing a doctor at the VA Hospital that has been ineffective in the pursuit of ridding me of my little friends and the condition becomes quite painful and irritating and odiferous at times. Can you recommend a drug that I can mention to my physician at the VA Hospital. I feel more secure with my dogs vet than with the majority of the physicians at the VA, sorry but true. As a Viet Vet I would appreciate some assistance on this one, thanks much.
