The best way it works for me is i take a q-tip to put it on and i squeese out on that paper about 1/2 inch for each hand and take a dot size and put it between each finger -ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM IS WHERE YOU PUT IT and after applying both hands if i'm going to be doing things i put on cotton gloves for at least an hour and it will soak in. Full effect will take about and hour to 2 but it works better for me than any of the medicines i've tried. They made me have more attacks than i ever had. The medicine works for me about all day. If you are taking any other pills for this you should check with your doctor. You don't want to get too much. It will drop your blood pressure. Good Luck and hope this works.
I have just one comment, you've got it down well. When we put nitro paste on a flat surface we cover it with saran wrap, so that the pores open and it absorbs better. Have you tried wearing vinyl gloves, since cotton is absorbent and it might work like saran wrap?
I've tried vinyl gloves but they sweat the hands and i don't think it goes in the skin very good. I know the cotton probably absorbs some of the medicine but if you have them on for awhile it's still there to absorb. Sometimes it's hard to get this on every morning in the winter before i leave to go out in the cold but it really does help. I seem to not have to use it as much in the summer but the mornings still cause some problem but i just try to use a heated rice bag on my hands when it's still cool in the morning.
Thanks, I wondered if it worked.
It should tell you how much to use, in inches. You should have paper to measure. You measure what you need, and then you're going to have to put it on your fingers, like it was a cream. Let it soak its way in. If anyone helps you make sure they wear gloves. I've had the nasty experience of getting someone elses on my fingers, instant headache. I wondering if applying it to your wrist would work. Then you could apply the cream and wrap saran wrap around your wrist.
thanks..I am trying to heal sores near my finger nails.. this is due to Raynaud..will use gloves for 1-2 hrs and see if this helps ..thanks again...
