Has anyone taking Cymbalta experienced issues with memory loss?

I had many side effects from Cymbalta, including memory loss and brain fog. My memory was so horrible I had to quit reading because when I turned the page in a book I would forget what I had just read on the previous one. I would forget names of things and people’s names I had known for years. I finally realized it was Cymbalta causing everything so I tapered off it. The withdrawals can be horrible if not tapered off slowly. Some people have no side effects or withdrawals. Wish I would have been one of them. I’m in a Cymbalta support group and there are over 30,000 people in it and most of the people are trying to get off Cymbalta. Many people mention memory loss. I lost over 10 years of my life because of Cymbalta. I’m 61 years old and I’m doing much better now than I was at 51 and taking Cymbalta. Thankfully now that I’m completely off Cymbalta every side effect is gone. I gained over 80 pounds during that 10+ years and I’ve lost a lot of it. Hopefully I get back to my original weight (or close to it). Cindy
