How long were you on it before it stopped working for you, and did you try stopping for a while and then restarting? I'm having less success now after losing 70 pounds in 6 months. I still need to lose about 40 pounds, but I'm stuck.
Has anyone been on phentermine and become resistent to effects over time?

Yes. I’m immune to the 37.5 MFLC dose after taking it off and on for a year. I broke my leg and gained weight. Now Dr prescribed 50 mg. I haven’t started it yet.

Wow wish I could convince my Dr to give me 50 maybe I should try I'm working on coming off Qsymia right now They say you have to come off slow or you will have seizures scary good luck Reesie717 let me know how it works

Worked for about 4 months then quit working had to take a two or three month break Dr put me on Qsymia said you can take it all the time but doesn't seem to be working for me My body is too used to 37.5 phentermine not 15 Qsymia I will try for one more month until I see endocrinologist in April but she doesn't like to give me phentermine Says Qsymia is THE new and better diet med but not for me it's got topiramate in it do some research it scares me I have another Dr who will give me phentermine if endocrinologist won't too bad it only works a few months at a time

So, to your knowledge, phentermine might work better after a break from it?
Good luck with your endocrinologist. Never let a doc talk you into any drug that scares you. Hang in there!
