I have severe constipation and was relying on enemas alternated with Dulcolax pills.
Has anyone tried inulin or vitamin C? I use them together and they work?

Hi, I have also used inulin and vitamin C independently and together with good results. Buffered Vitamin C is kinder on the stomach :)
