I have been on anastrozole for a year and a few months. So far I am experiencing low energy, low sex drive, melasma on my face, mood swings, itchiness, fatigue, borderline depression, and of course the ever-joyful hot flashes. If anyone has any coping tools for any of these, please share. I appreciate all your responses. Thanks in advance.

I’m having the same exact issues and was told to take half of the lowest dose of Celexa, which would help mood and hot flashes. I’m anxious to see if anybody else has any other suggestions? I have also been told to take tart cherry for any muscle and joint aches and pains.
