Amlodipine - Has anyone else ever switched from morning 10mg to nighttime 10mg and noticed issues?

I wonder why it would cause side effects because it's the same drug and dosage. Since the drug peaks at about 6-8 hours if you were to take it at night you might sleep through the most effective time for the medication to be working.
Just some thoughts you might want to discuss with your doctor.
