What are alternative drugs to Latanoprost? My Mom can't stand the irritation?

Tell your mother to talk with her eye physician. Latanoprost has a side effect of DRY EYE which may be what is causing the irritation. I already had dry eye when put on this med and it only got worse.
It could also be that she is allergic to the drug. There are many more types of glaucoma drugs on the market which he can try her on.

Thx for your comments. She did already have dry eye and it made it much worse! She's off it now and on FML. Thx again!
