I took four aleve pills probably four to five hours ago. My friend told me she had taken four once for severe pain and was fine. I read the bottle later to see that you aren’t supposed to take more than 3 in 24 hours and now I’m worried that I’ll have internal problems because of it. Is this grounds to go to the ER or should i just sleep it off and wait for it to get out of my system? I don’t feel bad or anything but don’t know much about GI bleeding or the other side effects.
Is four Aleve really bad?

You are going to be fine my friend. Naproxen/ Aleve can be taken 600mg initially and 300mg every 5-8 hours as needed. With any NSAIDs taking it with food greatly reduces any potential harm that could come from any Gastrointestinal damage.
Good luck
