Isosupra is a brand of isotretinoin (Vitamin A) used to treat severe acne. It is not available in the US.
It sounds as though the medicine is helping but you may need to take it for a little longer to achieve your desired results.
Most people receive a course of isotretinoin for 16 to 30 weeks (4 to 7 months), but some require it for longer. In some cases, continued treatment may be prescribed long term, usually in low dose or intermittently.
You should talk with your doctor.
I personally don't know the answer but a doctor might. Next time you visit the family doctor, ask him what you should do.
