Will I need to adjust the dosage of my Armour Thyroid medication if I lose weight?

Hi, pbethea!
The dosage of thyroid is based on your blood levels not by weight. You probably have periodic blood tests which will show that level and let the doctor know if you need to adjust the dosage.
