My psychiatrist will be on vacation this week and I've just run out of my normally prescribed 5mg Ritalin for ADHD-I. I have a lot of deadlines and things due this week and I really can't afford not to be on one of them. I was prescribed Adderall 5mg at first and then Adderall XR 10mg after a while, so I still have enough left over in cases like this. I was wondering whether there would be any issues with taking one stimulant one day and taking the other on another day, or whether I should wait a day or two? Thank you.
Can I take Adderall XR a day after taking Ritalin?

ADHD The most importaint deadline you missed was getting your regular rx from your doctor on a holiday week... But in this case being they are related but the Adderal is tr and stays in your system longer there should be no problem i have seen them taken together in rare cases... but get your regular rx asap... Just you know how the adderall works for you take it early enough to wear off before you need it to lower so you can sleep that might be the best for you because it well stay in your system longer as you already know..
