i take adderall 15mg twice a day and now it doesnt do much i used to take 10mg twice a day than raised than tolerance on 15mg did anyone have this and how did you deal with it?

You have to find your right dose that works. I had this same thing happen to me in the beginning when I first started taking this medication. But now I'm on 80mg a day. I've been on this dose for 2 years now and it still works great.
