I take 60 MG of adderall 30mg 4am and 30 MG at 11 am I can take a nap around eight have trouble having to wait for next dose I had the full gastric bypass rny and I have a very high tolerance to meds it seems it leaves my system very quickly I have been diagnosed with adhd would like to know if anyone else has this problem and what should I do I see Dr today but would hopefully get some insight before I see my dr

I was taking 30mg Adderall twice a day also but was getting very tired around 4pm so my doctor added half a pill to take at 4pm. It definitely helps. I go to bed at 10 and am able to sleep fine.
