He is a 65 yo male with heart problems.. Seroquel was perscribed for sleeping aid.
Is 900mg of Seroquel dangerous???

There is no way I'd take that much for sleep. In fact I wouldn't take it for sleep. That is over the max dose per day for schizophrenia. It has many nasty side effects not the least of which is tardive dyskinesia and high blood sugar. Kaismama, thank you for posting the link on Seroquel. As I have been taking Seroquel for MANY years I am just beginning to learn of all the side effects, contraindications and harmful long-term effects.
As mama says, Seroquel is NOT a sleeping aid; it's a very potent medication prescribed for schizophrenia and Bipolar disorder.
I take 400mg which is considered a high-end dose.
