If my Dupixent was left at room temperature for longer than 2 weeks , would the medication be less effective? If so, can I take another dose before I am due ?
Can I take a 2nd shot before the two weeks are up if it didn’t seem to work?

Answers
This is from the literature on Drugs.com:
"You may store a prefilled syringe or injection pen at cool room temperature for up to 14 days. Throw the medicine away if not used within 14 days. Do not put it back into the refrigerator."
I would recommend that you talk to your doctor or pharmacist for their advice about dosing.
