You may need to experiment a little as Paxil can go either way. See how it affects you.

You should take it exactly as your doctor prescribed on the prescription label or how your pharmacist recommends. The usual instruction is that be taken as a single dose in the morning with or without food but you'll want to verify how your doctor wants it taken
take them at bedtime if it makes you tired (ask your dr though)
