As Suzanne stated you are fine. The only issue with any NSAID (which Meloxicam is one) and drinking is that it increases your chance of stomach bleeding. This is a risk that all NSAIDS and alcohol carry. Other NSAIDS include Advil and Aleve. I am also on Meloxicam, myself. Be sure to eat to avoid stomach upset. Best of luck to you.
Meloxicam states that daily use of alcohol will give you a greater risk for bleeding in stomach & intestines. I would NOT take a chance like that just to have two glasses of wine. If you need the wine, then talk to your Doctor about something else for your bones.
