If I take 2 20mg cialis has this the same result as 1 40mg cialis ??

Of course it would, 40 mg is 40 mg. However, the max dose is 20 mg.

I finally figured out what you are talking about. That isn't cialis, it is tadalafil. Cialis can have no generic yet. As Tadalafil it is used for pulmonary hypertension. That is a higher dose.

Regarding the answer that Cialis is only 20 mg and Tadalafil is a higher dose for hypertension... I don't get it. If Cialis is Tadalafil, whether there is an approved generic or not IN THE UNITED STATES, then what is the difference between Cialis and Tadalafil?
