I take Cialis 5mg (for ED) daily with good results for 10 minutes. Can I take an extra 10mg when needed before sex for a longer effect? This way I can be spontaneous with limited results and prepared when needed with better results. I have no side effects.

Actually, this is what I do since I have access Cialis in my drug cabinet. I take my usual 5 mg daily and once or twice a week an additional 10 to 15 mg, usually 10 mg. I do feel like it does give me an extra boost and no side effects.
