Hi, Mayaangel!
An adult can take 800mg 3 - 4 times daily. It might cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, nervousness or irritability, nausea, vomiting, GI upset. You might not want to take 1400 all at once without checking with your doctor or pharmacist first..
