My psychiatrist just put me on 1000mg of Seroquel daily at nighttime. I was on 600, is this a safe dose to take all at once? I take this medication for psychosis.

Obtain a sleep apnea mouth piece for a 1000mg Seroquel dose level.

Yes, it is a safe dosage. I take 1000mg every night for psychosis as well. I would warn you that it will make you extremely tired, so don't do anything but go to bed after you take it.
