Most common adverse reactions (incidence >10%) reported with leniolisib (the active ingredient contained in Joenja) include headache, sinusitis, atopic dermatitis.

Decreased neutrophil count (33%)
An absolute neutrophil count (ANC) between 500 and 1500 cells/mcL developed in 33% of patients during clinical studies. No patients developed an ANC less than 500 cells/mcL and there were no reports of infection associated with neutropenia.

- Very common (10% or more): COVID-19 (30%), upper respiratory tract infections (27%), sinusitis (up to 19%), respiratory tract infection (14%)
