Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking grape seed oil: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Common side effects may include:

  • diarrhea;

  • upset stomach, nausea, vomiting;

  • dry mouth;

  • sore throat, cough;

  • headache; or

  • muscle pain.
