Serious side effects of Goprelto

Along with its needed effects, cocaine nasal (the active ingredient contained in Goprelto) may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.

Check with your doctor or nurse immediately if any of the following side effects occur while taking cocaine nasal:

More common side effects

• blurred vision
• dizziness
• headache
• nervousness
• pounding in the ears
• slow or fast heartbeat

Less common side effects

• chest pain or discomfort
• fainting
• fast, pounding, or irregular heartbeat or pulse
• lightheadedness
• unusual tiredness

Incidence not known

• nausea
• pain or discomfort in the arms, jaw, back, or neck
• seizures
• sweating
• vomiting
