Comme adverse effects (≥9%): Decreased vitamin A, vomiting.

General adverse events
The most frequently reported side effects included decreased vitamin A and vomiting.[Ref]
Cardiovascular
- Common (1% to 10%): Atrioventricular (AV) heart block
- Frequency not reported: Complete AV block
AV heart block included at least 1 case of complete AV block.
Gastrointestinal
- Common (1% to 10%): Vomiting
Genitourinary
- Common (1% to 10%): Proteinuria
Local
- Common (1% to 10%): Injection site reactions
Injection site reactions included erythema, pain, and pruritis.
Metabolic
- Very common: Decreased vitamin A (15%)
Decreased vitamin A included vitamin A deficiency and decreased vitamin A.
Ocular
- Common (1% to 10%): Blurred vision, cataract
