Comme adverse effects (≥9%): Decreased vitamin A, vomiting.

General adverse events

The most frequently reported side effects included decreased vitamin A and vomiting.^[Ref]

Cardiovascular

• Common (1% to 10%): Atrioventricular (AV) heart block
• Frequency not reported: Complete AV block

AV heart block included at least 1 case of complete AV block.

Gastrointestinal

• Common (1% to 10%): Vomiting

Genitourinary

• Common (1% to 10%): Proteinuria

Local

• Common (1% to 10%): Injection site reactions

Injection site reactions included erythema, pain, and pruritis.

Metabolic

• Very common: Decreased vitamin A (15%)

Decreased vitamin A included vitamin A deficiency and decreased vitamin A.

Ocular

• Common (1% to 10%): Blurred vision, cataract
