Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Some side effects may occur after the injection. Tell your vaccination provider if you feel dizzy, nauseated, light-headed, itchy, sweaty, or have a headache, chest tightness, back pain, trouble breathing, or swelling in your face.

General adverse events

- Very common (10% or more): Myalgia/muscle pain (up to 17.6%)

- Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Severe myalgia/muscle pain, severe arthralgia/joint pain
Nervous system
- Very common (10% or more): Headache (up to 18%)
- Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Severe headache
Other
- Very common (10% or more): Fatigue (up to 19.9%)
- Common (1% to 10%): Chills
- Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Severe fatigue, fever at least 38C (100.4F), fever at least 39C (102.1F)
- Rare (0.01% to 0.1%): Severe chills
