General

The most common adverse reactions experienced in the first 2 weeks were diarrhea and nausea.^[Ref]

• Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Rash (including rash, maculo-papular, pruritic rash)^[Ref]

Gastrointestinal

• Common (1% to 10%): Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain^[Ref]

Metabolic

• Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Decreased appetite^[Ref]

Musculoskeletal

• Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Muscular weakness^[Ref]

Nervous system

• Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Dysgeusia^[Ref]

Other

• Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Peripheral edema^[Ref]
