Important warnings
This medicine can cause some serious health issues
Use only as directed.
Tell your doctor if you use other medicines or have other medical conditions or allergies.
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Common side effects may include:

pain, bruising, swelling, or irritation where the medicine was injected;

watery eyes;

stomach pain; or

sneezing, runny or stuffy nose.

General adverse events
The most common adverse reactions included nasopharyngitis, abdominal pain, and prolonged coagulation tests.[Ref]
Gastrointestinal
- Common (1% to 10%): Abdominal pain/lower abdominal pain
Hematologic
- Very common (10% or more): Prolonged prothrombin time or INR greater than 1.3 times the upper limit of normal (1.3 x ULN; 15%)
- Common (1% to 10%): Prolonged activated partial thromboplastin time greater than 1.4 x ULN
Immunologic
- Common (1% to 10%): Anti-drug antibodies
Local
- Very common (10% or more): Injection site reactions (14%)
Injection site reactions included bruising, erythema, hematoma, pruritus, and urticaria.
Respiratory
- Common (1% to 10%): Nasopharyngitis/rhinitis/upper respiratory infections
