Ritonavir may interfere with the process used to make atidarsagene autotemcel from your own blood cells. The makers of atidarsagene autotemcel recommend that ritonavir be stopped before your blood stem cells are collected. You should speak with your doctor to ensure that ritonavir is stopped at the appropriate time. Atidarsagene autotemcel may also interfere with the results of certain types of laboratory tests. Be sure to speak with the laboratory or your healthcare provider if you need to be screened for certain types of viruses, like human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), to ensure that treatment with atidarsagene autotemcel does not interfere with the test. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
