ubrogepant berotralstat

Berotralstat can increase the blood levels of ubrogepant. This may increase side effects such as nausea and sleepiness. The usual recommended dose for migraine is 50 mg in individuals who are receiving treatment with berotralstat. A second dose, if needed, should not be taken for at least 24 hours after the initial dose. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor may be able to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a different dose to safely use both medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
