Using bromfenac together with ticlopidine can cause you to bleed more easily. Food can enhance the levels of ticlopidine in your body. Take ticlopidine with food or just after eating to lessen stomach upset. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication.

Food significantly decreases the levels of bromfenac. Avoid eating a high-fat meal. Take bromfenac on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication.
