Some of the medication in roflumilast topical may be absorbed into the bloodstream following local application. It is possible that use of vemurafenib may further increase blood levels of the medication by interfering with its clearance from your body. You may be more likely to experience side effects of roflumilast topical such as diarrhea, headache, insomnia, nausea, upper respiratory tract infection, or urinary tract infection. Let your doctor know if side effects become excessive or intolerable. Your doctor may be able to prescribe alternatives that do not interact. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
