Usual Adult Dose for Methotrexate Overdosage
Single IV injection of 50 Units/kg
Use: Treatment of toxic plasma methotrexate concentrations (greater than 1 micromole per liter) in patients with delayed methotrexate clearance due to impaired renal function.
