Usual Adult Dose for Corneal Cystine Crystal Accumulation
Instill one drop in each eye every waking hour; discard after 1 week of use.
Use: Treatment of corneal cystine crystal accumulation in patients with cystinosis.

Administration Advice:
-When administering this drug, avoid touching the eyelids, surrounding areas, or any surface with the dropper tip and keep the drug bottle tightly closed when not in use to minimize the risk of contamination.
-Allow drug to thaw completely (approximately 24 hours) prior to use.
Storage Requirements:
-Prior to use, keep drug bottle in original carton and store in the freezer at -25 to -15 degrees Celsius (-13 to 5 degrees Fahrenheit).
-Store thawed drug bottle at 2 to 25 degrees Celsius (36 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit) for up to 7 days; do not refreeze and discard after 1 week of use.
