Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: History - Thrombotic/Thromboembolic Disorder, Thrombotic/Thromboembolic Disorder
Serious arterial and venous thromboembolic (TE) events have been reported at the recommended dose of plasma derived conestat alfa. Patients with risk factors such as, prior history of thrombosis might be at an increased risk. It is recommended to monitor patients with known risk factors for TE events during and after therapy administration.
