For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm a 28-year-old guy with erection difficulty, mostly I think from performance anxiety and just life anxiety too. I've taken Viagra when I need it for over a year now and it is AMAZING. It will give you firm and lasting erections an hour before taking it. I take 50 mg but find sometimes I take 75 mg if I know I'll have a longer night with the girlfriend. Now, it is expensive, even with insurance it costs about $30 per 100 mg pill. So splitting it would be $15 per 50 mg dose but it is SOO worth it being happy with my girlfriend. It has improved confidence in my sex life immensely, not always worrying if I can get and maintain an erection. The side effects for me (but manageable): stuffy nose, headache, bloodshot eyes, heartburn."

For Erectile Dysfunction "My partner has ED occasionally. He was advised to try Viagra. It was effective after about 2 hours when he achieved a really veiny, stiff erection. This was a great improvement and lasted as long as we needed and again the next morning, however, the side effects were unpleasant flu-like symptoms (i.e. headache, sore throat, blocked nose, etc.) which lasted for many days after. For this reason and due to the high expense we will only use this on 'special occasions' from now on, until we find an alternative."

This was after seeing my physician. OMG. We had drinks and dinner before going to bed. Took Viagra, and thirty min later was hard but only after being stimulated. For Erectile Dysfunction "My husband suffers from erectile dysfunction occasionally, which is mainly due to his anxiety. He was prescribed Viagra and takes 12.5mg with water and on an empty stomach. After about 1 hour, he gets a great erection which lasts for about 45 minutes. This is great for both of us. The side effects he experiences are a mild headache and nasal congestion, which lasts for about 6 hours. I would highly recommend this medication but would suggest taking time to find the best dosage to suit individual needs. We will continue with our current low dosage as this works very well for us."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 48, and it makes me feel 20 again 'down there.' I take 25 mg on an empty stomach, pre-dissolved in water, and it works in 10 minutes. Side effects have been very mild: stuffy nose and an occasional light headache. It allows me to be very effective for about 4 to 6 hours with a quick recovery time. This is a great medicine, but don't overuse it. Taking it every day is not as sweet as once or twice a week."

"Best results for me if I take the 50 mg dose before eating anything. After a meal, I find that Viagra does not help me get an erection for hours, if at all. If taken on an empty stomach, it works fast. I also get flushed, but this tells me that it's working. I get occasional headaches from Viagra, but the side effects are well worth it!"

"I'm a married 45-year-old Australian male of good fitness and health (BMI=25). Although I probably wouldn't say I had erectile dysfunction, I found our sex life non-existent and found after only one very short 'round' I just couldn't get it up again. After taking Viagra - AMAZING. It was like my body was 18 years old again. First erection after ~50 minutes from taking the pill, and the erections of steel easily lasted about 8-10 hours. My wife does not know I have taken Viagra but was pleasantly shocked by about 6 'full-on' rounds in bed in 10 hours! Yes, I had mild side effects, so I probably couldn't use it every day. Mild headaches, sinus congestion, and tiredness."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Used Viagra as an alternate after Cialis. Cialis at first provided repeated strong erections in a 24-hour period after years of severe ED. However, after 3 to 4 uses, the erections were too weak and too short-lived to sustain intercourse, so I switched to Viagra. At first, results were good. I had fewer erections, but they were longer lasting than Cialis and quite firm. However, this only lasted 2 or 3 uses before the same symptoms appeared as with Cialis: erections too weak and short-lived for intercourse. Also, moderate to severe headache, stuffiness, and fullness like a severe head cold."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have tried both Viagra and Cialis. Both have their pros and cons. I get a better and more constant erection with Viagra. But it took over an hour to start working. The 10mg dose lasted about 4 hours, but there were some residual effects afterward. Cialis started working after about 30 mins, and it really carries on for a good 24-36 hours, but the quality of the erection wasn't as good. I suffered with the snuffles with both. I got a headache only with Viagra, but it wasn't a bad one, though."

The most disturbing was difficulty swallowing for about 3-4 hours. I ended up switching to 'Levitra'. Only a mild headache and some other minor effects for 2-3 hours. Not quite as good of an erection though (80% to 90% as good)."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Well. What can I say - Viagra has been great. It works for about 6-7 hours with very minimal side effects. The only side effect I experienced was a mild headache the next day. I've been using it for 6 months now, and I haven't noticed any decreases in effectiveness/strength. I am only 29 years old though."
