"The administration of this drug caused my 9-pound otherwise completely healthy newborn to get severe jaundice. My newborn had to be under bili lights for 5 days, starting one day after the administration of the K1 shot at birth. I was not aware this injection comes with a black box warning. I was not aware or told my child was receiving it. If I had known the risks, I would have absolutely declined it. It was completely unnecessary!"
