"I have read so many positives about this supplement, but unfortunately for me, it's made me very ill. I was very nauseous and fatigued for a full 15 hours after taking it. Maybe I'm just very sensitive."

"I have been taking magnesium gluconate for over 30 years, and it has worked great. It is gentle on the stomach with no side effects. I have tried magnesium oxide and had horrible side effects."

"Magnesium glycinate is the only supplement that will help me without side effects to calm me down and put me gently to sleep. It really works, 100 mg for sleeping is good enough for me an hour before bedtime. For calming, it's between 100-200 mg. I do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 400 mg as this may cause some side effects and issues, and the supplement would become useless thereafter."
