"I started Imfinzi in April 2024. My white blood count has increased over the last 4 months. My oncologist has done at least 3 CT scans, nothing has changed on the scans. The tumor has shrunk. I also have really bad pain in my upper back, which is on the side where the cancer is. The oncologist has no answers. Also, my thyroid level is very high, I am taking medication for that. Doesn't seem to be helping, though."

"3 to 4 days after I have a tightness in my chest, it does go away, I also have a rash on both arms. I have constipation. Now I am having trouble swallowing, the only thing I can swallow without difficulty is soft foods and liquids. I have to go and get an X-ray of my esophagus in September. Good news is the tumor continues to shrink. I just had a CT scan with contrast a couple of weeks ago. I do have to have a CT scan every 3 months. I believe Imfinzi is helping me."
