For Tetanus Prophylaxis "5 days after Tdap shot in my right arm, I woke up with a swollen eyelid and a stiff neck and limited right arm mobility. The pain increased over days. Stiffness down the arm towards the elbow. Stiffness on the right side from shoulder up neck and down scapula. Alternated using ice and heat on the pain. It’s been 9 days, and it's still painful. Managing with ibuprofen - had a fainting feeling this morning, but it passed."

For Tetanus Prophylaxis "My internist, Dr., gave me Adacel for my 10-year tetanus shot. I’m glad she chose it, as it covers 2 other important, life-threatening conditions. My arm was sore for a few days. But that’s it. Piece of cake."

For Tetanus Prophylaxis "Four days after getting the shot in my right arm, I developed severe joint and muscle pain in my left arm. Two weeks later, it spread to my hips and then my lower back. Now, three months later, the pain is primarily in my left elbow. While it has lessened somewhat, doing the simplest of tasks, like making the bed, is still painful."
