For Hypocalcemia "I love these because my nails grow and are strong. The other forms of calcium don't do that."

For Osteoporosis "Spring Valley's liquid filled calcium (600 mg) with Vitamin D is a very long (1 inch), large softgel. I have problems swallowing these softgels."
