For ADHD "As of March 2022 Teva brand 30 mg Adderall is like a sugar pill. Their quality has gone downhill. I keep falling asleep. This must be a recent problem, since the recent reviews say how bad it is."

For ADHD "Stat FAR from TEVA & MALLINCKRODT. BEST Now is SANDOZ IR. ADHD diagnosed @9 went through all and adhd med up till 16, I didn't like them all. Stayed on each one like 1-3 days tops. Fast forward to age 16 a girl @summer job saw me keep forgetting things tablets etc. She suggested I try adderall as she takes it and it works. So me clueless of the med I asked my Dr and she starts me on 20 IR and 10 IR and Wow I couldn’t believe the focus and motivation. Long story short I become nasty and violent to my family no longer the loving ,caring funny person I was, so Dr blamed it on the crash so he increase it from 20mg 2x to 30 IR 2x. & WOW the Euphoria I had at 16 still sticks to me today at 21. The dose I was on was maximum adult dose I was 5ft 7” 120 pounds. Mom was crying @dr visit telling dr I was changing but the doctor wanted to keep me on it. So she stopped it. Never felt the same since. Today @21 years old I flashbacks of the euphoria I had. Restarted med @18 was in shock how weak teva became tried Sandoz and wow but not as good as 2016."

For ADHD "The last three reviews are about how Teva Adderall is BAD quality. I AGREE!!! I mean, DRAMATICALLY bad. I’ve fallen asleep twice during the day since I filled it, and my watch says my heart rate is low too. Usually it is normal. I have made no changes to anything. What is going on?? Can we do anything or do we just have to deal with it. Teva has always been decent, actually I don’t even notice generic brands until now and I realized I’ve been getting Lannett until this refill. What happened to Teva???"

For ADHD "I have the same issue as the other fella mentioned. I recently received Alvogen and this has to be the absolute worst "prescription medication" about 30mg of this = to 5 mg of Teva. I'm not sure how or who approved this but mostly, why did I get stuck with this mess during the holiday/new year . Stay away, not all generics are made equally!"

For ADHD "I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and got my first prescription for Adderall hoping it would help, but I felt nothing. Started at 20mg, then tried 40mg, and finally 60mg today and only noticed a slight quieting for my racing thoughts (but it could've been some brain fog since they still were pretty bad), still felt restless, etc. Came on here to see others experiences and saw that Lannett was a really bad generic manufacturer and so I went to check my prescription and BOOM Lannett. Knowing that this mfr has been garbage across the board with people has at least been comforting and gives me hope for the next medication attempt (which I will be making sure my psychiatrist puts the name of an authorized generic and that it must be from that mfr)"

For ADHD "Adderall is the most dangerous drug on the market. I started taking it at 22 years old. I was taking 3 5mg pills a day as prescribed. Initially I lost 10 pounds and I enjoyed the focus it caused. Then I started to notice I was craving smoking and drinking alcohol more. I began behaving very differently and w time it effected my life and relationships. I started breaking out and was constantly in a state of fight or flight. I was addicted to the drug after a few months on it and didn’t get off it till I was around 27. I believe it rewired my brain and caused me extreme health issues. I have extreme health issues now- mainly with my adrenal glands which are vital organs in your body. My sister also used the drug in her early 20’s and she did not have physical health issues- unfortunately she had mental issues and became a paranoid schizophrenic. I’m writing this to say please be careful with this drug it is very dangerous and they will not tell you that."

For ADHD "I agree with Kim 100%. I'm having the same exact experience on Lannett. First month was great. Second month, the nightmare began with refill. Not sleeping and when I finally do, wake with crippling headaches, intense uncomfortable hunger, not to mention it stopped working completely! This drug is toxic IMO and I can't even imagine the generic fillers that are being used in this drug causing these horrible problems, not to mention where the company purchases their generic fillers. In process of changing to Teva brand by Monday. This stuff is junk, and due to incompetence of a pharmacy this could have been remedied over 3 weeks ago. If anyone is interested, after much research, Teva is the only manufacturer of 2 brand adderall IR and they also manufacture generic IR. Do not take this garbage. Check the manufacturer before paying for your script. Save yourself what I've been going through for over a month!"

For ADHD "I have taken Adderall XR and short-acting for 25 years. I got this new XR 30mg the other day, Lannett, and it made me tired, heart racing, BP accelerated, and did NOTHING to help me focus. I contacted the pharmacy and my doctor, and he's trying to switch me to another brand because this is a joke. Awful."

For ADHD "If anyone else is having a terrible time with the new Lannett generic Adderall, you can report this to the FDA. I have been having crippling headaches, stomach aches, and the medication doesn’t even feel like it works!!! I get tired after I take it and then can’t sleep all night because of it. HORRIBLE. Google FDA MedWatch online reporting to fill in the form."

"My son had been on every ADHD meds made by mankind since he was 5. He is 17 now, and because I go read reviews after the doctor changes his meds. I thought it might help someone who has went through all of them also. Adderall was the worst . My son was happy, enteric, easy go lucky and even on daytrana. Ritalin, foculian, etc. he never lost himself. On adderall he was drowning mentally. Depression set in, moodiness, anger, punching walls, so mad he would black out, etc. Be very careful !!!!! Do not choose this one if you but all help it!"

For ADHD "Generic Adderall: TEVA vs. ALVOGEN. All generic Adderall is NOT the same, trust me! I don't care what your physician or pharmacist may say. I've taken Adderall for nearly 25 plus years for ADD. Why? It works twice as good. Ask anyone who's taken different brands before. For the best quality and most potent Adderall on the market, it is made by a company called TEVA. Even pharmacists tell me that when they run out of TEVA and must use ALVOGEN, their patients complain because pharmacies cannot keep TEVA in stock. Consumers know it's the best and most effective for ADD and ADHD."

For ADHD "I have found the generic brand for Adderall is not as effective as the brand name. The Epic brand caused me to have severe depression, blurred vision, headaches, feeling very tired, and no focus at all. I’m trying to find a brand that is more similar to the name brand. Looking for suggestions if anyone can share, please. Thanks."

For ADHD "I was diagnosed with ADD in 2005 after experiencing horrible distractibility in class while at college and not being able to focus on a single thought in my head. I was prescribed Adderall IR and I remember feeling like I had drunk 5 Red Bulls or something! My heart was pounding and I had horrible anxiety the whole day. I only took it one time. I decided to get off it immediately. Soon after, I was prescribed Strattera, which didn't do ANYTHING. I've gone for about 13 years without actual ADD medications because I really hated the idea of stimulants. That all changed when I realized my ADD was getting out of control. I saw my current psychiatrist last week who re-diagnosed me and we discussed my experiences. I had read reviews from people here who say that Dexedrine works for them if Adderall made them too wired, so I asked if I could try that. I just tried it today and I had no horrible side effects - no anxiety, no heart palpitations, no edginess, etc. It is wonderful!"

But I recently picked up another prescription and noticed this brand is called Teva generic brand. I have noticed for 2 weeks I have became irritated, forgetting easily in what I was looking for or talking about, aggressive outbursts, stomach pain, migraines, generalist not feeling good on this brand. I will be complaining over this!"

For ADHD "I had taken Adderall for many years and was slowly on the decline. I was deeply depressed and had an absolute hopeless and helpless outlook on life with no relief. I had psychosis, delusions and impulsive behavior which I never had. I began having issues with memory, thinking, reasoning, decision making, tasks, and concentration. I would become very agitated if being interrupted. I was very aggressive and agitated constantly, it was at least 98% of the time in 10 years. I read horror stories about stimulants, namely the Amphetamine line of them. I subsequently tapered off of them and feel 100% better than before. I have no depressive symptoms, delusions, memory problems, agitation or aggressiveness. I was not happy with life and my personal relationships were very toxic. I wasted almost 10 years of my life feeling like this and have other personal complications that resulted from the use of these toxic drugs."

Hmmm well permanent damage isn’t worth the education we are providing now. I would rather buy a franchise than a college degree."

For ADHD "AHDH medications sucks. They don't treat ADHD believe me. They just delay it till the crash comes and you feel 40 times more worse. They have destroyed the lives of hundreds of people due to prolonged use. They are just street meth.Believe me I have ADHD and the best medicine I would suggest are a non-stimulants like welbutrin and strattera. If they didn't work for you then never ever use stimulants they will ruin your life. Just rely on adaptogens eg rhodiola, ginseng, good diet, exercise and meditation. If study is a problem for you then use you hyperfocus and study something that you are interested in.You may have found some good reviews about these stimulants however these people are new and they are unaware of there consequences. I have tried stimulants for 15 years so I am confident and sure about what I say."

For ADHD "I’m a 21 year old female. Adderall helped me focus, be on time, stay organized. However, as time passed I noticed the negative impact. I had weight loss, irritability, my anxiety was worse, dry skin, dry mouth, was not feeling like myself. I developed insomnia too. This was only on 20 mg a day. I took it as prescribed. The worst part was when I tried to quit taking it after I was switched to Vyvanse, which I felt even worse on. I ended up in the hospital having a panic attack the first time I tried to stop taking it. The second time I tried to quit I had even more withdrawal symptoms, paranoia, panic attacks, vomiting. Stimulants are not worth it."

For ADHD "This drug completely ruined my life. I started taking the drug when I was 12..till about 25. Everything I have done academically has been due to adderall. I have a degree in I/T and am working on a civil eng. masters degree. Don't get it confused, you can be fine for a year or even years on this drug..but it will catch up to you. After I quit taking itI was back to a 12 year old academically and professional performance wise. It made my real ADHD 10x worse w/o the drug and gave me crippling anxiety. I quit taking it and developed a cocaine problem then a drinking problem that almost killed me. I attribute each of these addictions to being on legal speed for 13 years..It's speed - there is no way around it."
